to ensure the maximum in service and mutually beneficial business referral

opportunities; we call this program "Preferred Professionals".
"Preferred Professionals" is a relationship
based program unique to us. Membership is available by
application, only to those top quality Realtors committed to establishing
and maintaining a long term, mutually beneficial relationship with us.
Some of the many benefits of membership include:

There are a limited number of openings available, with priority
placement based upon the quantity and quality of business you send to
us. In short, we provide referrals to those who do
business with us.
 Referrals:
Along with our innovative consumer direct marketing campaigns, we
receive online loan applications daily from prospects who are referred
to us from friends, neighbors, local businesses, etc., as
well as people surfing the net who are relocating to the
Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Maryland area. Often those applicants are interested in being
pre-approved before they begin the process of looking for a home.
At application,
we them if they are currently working with a Real

Once pre-approved,
if these clients require the services of a Real Estate Professional, we will refer
them to our Preferred Professionals, as a way to
generate business for us both.
